Clinical Affiliations

We love hosting Physical Therapy students for clinical affiliations. Students must currently be enrolled in a Doctorate of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program to complete a clinical rotation or internship with us. Your school must have an active clinical affiliation agreement with us prior to starting your clinical affiliation. To request a clinical affiliation, email careers@martinsvillept.com

Student Observation Request
